All teaching staff have the ability to reset a student’s password. Below are instructions for resetting a student’s password.
- 1. Begin by logging on to the DoE Portal at DOE Account Manager (DAM) (det.wa.edu.au).
- 2. Login to the page.
- 3. You will be navigated to this page below
- 4. Simply search for the student that you would like to reset and then click on them to highlight their name.
- 5. Please do not use passwords containing words like Password, JBSC, and so on. Here is the link for a password generator for kids: DinoPass - Simple password generator for kids Password requirement: 8 or more characters, One capital letter, and one Number.
- 6. Under the “Password Reset” option, uncheck “Force Change at Next Logon”. Then enter the student’s new password in the “Password” box and confirm it in the following box.
- 6. Select “Reset Password” and wait for the prompt.
