Adobe New user login/ forgot password.

    To log in to Adobe Product/Creative Cloud for the first time or if you have forgotten your password, please follow the instructions below:

    1. Click “Forgot Password”:

      • Visit the Adobe Account page.
      • Click on “Forgot password.”
      • Enter your education email address associated with your Adobe account.

    2. Receive the Verification Code:

      • Adobe will send a 6-digit verification code to your email address.
      • Retrieve the code from your email inbox.

    3. Reset Your Password:

      • Return to the Adobe page where you initiated the password reset.
      • Enter the 6-digit code you received.
      • Set your new password by following the prompts.

    4. Remember the Distinction:

      • Keep in mind that your Adobe password and your password for the Department of Education are separate. Ensure you update them accordingly.
